I have the lizard insurance company covering my motorcycles. in Aug I was involved in a accident where I sustained 4 broken ribs and required a hospital stay.

The lizard isn't covering the bills, stating that I don't have medical coverage. I was never offered this coverage upon initial coverage nor am I able to add such coverage to my policy.

For your protection check your bike insurance policy to see if it covers the rider in case of injury.
