I think it's Travis Tritt does "It's a Great Day to Be Alive"...

One section is ...

"I think I'll make me some homemade soup, or take my old Harley for a 3 day cruise, might even grow me a fu man chu"

Country music, gotta love it.

Billy Joel's "I May Be Crazy"

...."even rode my motorcycle in the rain. And you told me not to drive, but I made it home alive, so you say that only proves that I'm insane."

Yep that was Travis singin' that one ..

Cant forget Roger Miller and the Shriners Convention ..

Funny even tho' "Born to be Wild" Never referenced Harleys , it became a "Harley" song ..

John Kay said some years later it was about cars ..

I dont think there were any motorsickle songs on it , but one of the James Gang albums had a couple nice Harleys on the back cover ..

Neil Young has two, I think. Delbert McClinton has one called Lonesome Texas Blues or something like that where he was working as a bouncer in a biker bar and got hit up side the head with a Harley chain ( I doubt a drive belt will work as well. Ah, for the good old days. ).

Serge Gainesborough: Harley-David-Son of a Bitch, (Elvis Harley rode his Harley right into a ditch).

There was a good rockin' song about 1970 with the line "I like Sportster Harley's but I can't hardly get 'em to kick over for me. So I'll settle for a small bike that won't put up a big fight." Girl singer, no idea what her name or the name of the song is.

The incomparable Bob Van Dyke's "Gimme a Harley ("Let's go for a ride, you'll never see a Jap piece of **** between these thighs...")

And in case you have run out of Ipecac syrup. Here's a little beauty from the Jackson 5:

Can I take you for a ride
On my motorbike
Can I take you for a ride
On my motorbike

It's harley and she's
Bad say yeah
You will be surprised
Just how smooth she glides

She's harley and
She's bad say yeah
Can I take you for a ride
On my motorbike

Not necesarily a Harley song, but i still think Steve Earles "The Other Kind" is one of the best biker songs.....
NOW I GOT ME 2 GOOD WHEELS
I SEEK REFUGE IN ALUMINUM AND STEEL
YEAH, IT TAKES ME OUT THERE FOR A LITTLE WHILE
AND THE YEARS ROLL AWAY WITH EVERY MILE
BACK OUT ON THE ROAD AGAIN
TURN THIS BEAST INTO THE WIND
THERE ARE THOSE THAT BREAK AND BEND
I'M THE OTHER KIND
.......great stuff......heard he recorded it while rebuilding his Harley..in the studio..with a 38 on the mixing console due to paranoia from a smack addiction...since he's cleaned up, he's been much less interesting.....
