Default Chain Wallets

I always thought they looked a little dumb, but what after happened to me last Saturday I am going to get one.It was raining and I had my FrogToggs on,stopped for gas and went to the restroom and went up to pay for some gum,no wallet!! I looked everywhere, finally I noticed I had missed my pocket and the wallet was at the bottom of my rain suit. What a SCARE,I guess I will need the do rag and fingerless gloves to go with my chain wallet now!!

Cool

I have been told by many riders that they have lost wallets while riding. I got one and use it only while riding. I think its a fasion trend with some folks.

I've been carrying a front pocket wallet for 20 yrs. except when I ride - it and the phone go in the windshield bag.

Is it ok if the wallet is bright colors with Velcro? I am sure I have a few left around from when I was younger.

Keep all my stuff in a card holder(very thin wallet) in the front pocket of the jeans and cash in a clip on the other side of the jeans in the front pocket.

If rear pocket has no button or closure, I put the wallet in the right front pocket, or the inside jacket pocket.

I could care less what people think about my chain wallet.

I would much rather endure the ire of the fashion police (I don't care anyway) than the agony of a lost wallet.

Chain wallet = peace of mind. IMHO.
