Default Larger picture in posts

I consider myself rather PC savey but I'll be danged if I can figure out how to get a larger image of my bike in my posts. All I end up with is a small thumnail. So how do you all get such a large pic in your posts..................

Downsize it to where it fits the screen and you are good to go.
