Default National Helmet Law Possible


The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) is in the process of changing the State Guidelines for the Motorcycle Safety Program. They are currently taking comments regarding these changes. The new guidelines say that each State should enact mandatory motorcycle helmet laws.

Well if that happens then the insurance had better go down in cost at least 50% if thats how they want to be, The novelty helmet industry is going to have a great business.

I wish it were true, but just going by past practise...........they wont be going down on anything.
