NO, they dont, its the idiots out there that make Texas Highways "dangerous" <lousy word to use, guys>.
Inattentive cagers on cell phones making left hand turns / Drunk Drivers / Commercial Truck Drivers with NO business having a CDL are more responsible for "unsafe" Texas Roads. And lets not forget those cute lil Power Rangers (organ donor's) on crotch rockets (sport bikes).
