+1 I used the HD net to secure my sons full face helmet to the back seat or th rack behind the sissy bar, holds it well. Also use it to strap the laptop to the bike when needed.

When I leave the helment on the bike, I run the bungie cord through the holes in the chin strap. But mine is a half helment, so don't know if you can do that with a full face.
