My Heritage takes far too long to get anywhere....a 20 minute trip to the store in the car takes 2 hours or more on the bike.

Although I never get lost, there are times when I am unable to get an exact fix on my current location.

My bike hates red lights...seriously....she groans, font brake squeals a little, and she gets pretty hot under the collar sitting there. Much happier out on the open road.

People keep staring at her....WTF folks....

If I don't shift her right she'll let me know.....making a gawd awful clatter if I lug the engine.

The left passenger peg likes to fall down if I rider faster than 75. (I know how to fix it)

So, I've gotten used to all the clicks, clanks, clunks, vibrations, clatter, whine, top end whirs.....it's all music to my ears and the bike telling me all is well this is just how I do it.....and I can recognize a new noise that tells me something is amiss....like bad gas....man I hate that......

Mine is lowered front and back and the floorboards scrape in not much of a turn. My LED flush gas cap has a mind of it's own about fuel level. Don't trust it too much.

The only minor quirk I can come up with is the exhaust, It is too loud, but that is from aftermarket pipes the original owner installed.
This being my first HD, I was expecting a lot of minor problems, but have found nothing to complain about. I don't see me ever trading in this bike.

My bike is 101% perfect and has absolutely no flaws what so ever...except for the:

1. shifter recall
2. fuel injector TSB replacement
3. dealer losing my dyno map
4. seat too hard
5. wheels too ugly...had to be replaced.
6. front end clunk-TSB
7. The famous inner primary bearing which has not failed yet
8. horn fell off
9. ugly grey battery box band...had to be replaced.
10. gas cap has scratches & dents from dropping on concrete...should be made of scratch-proof chrome.
11. stupid #27 torx screws on the derby-replaced

Other than that.......no issues....

mine are:
those ugly muffler clamps that show when the bike on the kick stand.
the zinc bolts on the chrome covers that come stock.that doesn't come for $21,000(i guess they do it so we have to buy more add ons)
you have to spend up to a grand so it runs cooler (rider preference)
the straight zerk fitting on the steering?

Love my 06 WG.....heres my little quirks....
About every 2000 miles the luggage rack needs to be re loctited...otherwise it rattles....so thats kinda 2 quirks!
chrome bolts/screws/allen head fastners rust....even with clear finger nail polish in them...oh well, zinc bolts on chrome covers take something away in MHO.

TO be honest, not any legitimate bitch at all about my bike other than theres to many accessories and not enough $$$$.....and work always seems to interfere with great riding days!

Back in my early days of builden choppers (Early 70's) I was builden chromed up inexpensive choppers to sell..using 650 Triumph motors, Amen frames, Girder front ends and peanut or coffin tanks.. The rusty bolts used to fire me up a bit.. so I got this bright idea to use all Stainless Steel nuts washers and bolts.. Found out the hard way that the corrosion on the bolt actually helps it from rattlin loose and fallen off..I hadda replace everyone of the expensive SS bolts on every bike I used em on...

Mine scares children, but seems to turn on their moms. I guess that's not really a quirk, except when their husband is with them.
