finally got it!
I finally got my 09 heritage today! These guys at Timms harley in Anderson SC are great I would send anyone up there to deal with them. I had looked at this bike about two weeks ago and it was black with security and they told me they had a sunglo red and a pewter pearl coming in so I waited and they called me this morning and told me they had both out on the floor so me and the wife took off to see them.
I looked them both over but I kept coming back to the black one the only difference between them other than color was the black one had security and the others didn't so I decided on the black but didn't really want to spend the money on the security and he told me he could take it off so I said sold and went a sat down with the finance guy and as we were talking the salesman (whos is the owners son) walked in and told me the he was gonna throw the security in for free and he was gonna knock off the freight so I would basically be paying msrp plus $325 tax and tag. I couldnt believe it I had already agreed on the price and then he comes in out of the blue and does this now thats what I call first class service.
As we walked out of the finance office I went to see about some vance and hines slipons and he meet me at the parts counter and told me that what ever I bought was 10% off and he would have it installed for free and he told us to pick out whatever 2 t-shirts we wanted and they were free,so needless to say I got the slipons thge t's and the wife got a helmet and a hoodie and some other s**t.
I know this was pretty long but I just had to tell you guys about the great bike I got and the great customer service as well. We left the dealer ship at 4:30 and just got home so its to late for pics tonight but I will be posting some tomorrow. I LOVE THIS BIKE!

My experience at Liberty Harley in Rahway, NJ was very similar to yours. When I was picking out my tee shirt, the owner (Tom) came out of his office and gave me two 105th Anniversary beer glasses. It is great to hear about dealerships that treat the customer right.
