Brandon,
If you get a minute, post a comment on the "Good Dealers" thread and mention the folks at Timms.

Congrats on the new bike...Good service like that makes feel like they appreciate your business. You feel good about your purchase and you feel good toward the people you bought your bike from.

Sounds close to the way my purchase went as well. I dealt with Longhorn Harley in Grandprarie TX. They give you 2 shirts with a bike and knocked off 10% on the backrest parts I got a couple days later. They have a big brass bell you are supposed to ring when the paperwork is done. Then they walk you from one department to the next introducing you to the workers. I could have bought parts online for 20% off, but decided I'd give Longhorn some extra business since they treated us right. I don't have perfect credit, but they still treated us with respect. Can't say the same for Fort Worth Harley, they sucked to deal with so I drove 53 miles one way to buy from Longhorn. I only go to Fort Worth to try stuff on for fit, then order it online now.
