Been a member of our local chapter for 3 years. It takes a while to get to know the ins and outs of the chapter and make some friends. Have been getting more involved every year. I find that the more time I spend with the chapter the more I like it. We have a GREAT dealer to support us and fantastic officers and road captains. Weekly dinner rides, weekend rides, fundraisers, overnighters. Our calander is packed.

Someone mentioned the chapters are full of wanna be bad *** bikers. I find ours just the opposite. We have members from all realms of socitety. Nobody is trying to pose as some billy bad *** like some of the MC's I see in the area.

I guess for me, HOG is a good fit. Maybe not for everyone but you never know until you check out a chapter.
