No way he is going to spend '5 years' in prison, especially with the crowded conditions of the prison system in CA.
Some of you must have missed this part of the article;
"Stogner said that with 496 days' credit for time already served, Fournier will spend about two years in prison."
With 'good behavior' he will probably be released from prision within the next few months, and spend the rest of the sentence under some type of parole.
Not saying that is right, or that the 'time fits the crime', but that's just how the judicial system works.

"stopped his Explorer on the road after a blind curve,"
If that is not premeditated I dont know what is. That guy knew he was going to kill a man.
If I was the victims family I would be counting the fays until he got out.

Fu-k less then 5 with time served. U get more time for robbing a 7\11 with out hurting or killing some one. Hope there's some one in his new home that don't like guys that kill guys on Bikes for no reason. Hope the Mother F__ker gets shived. But before he gets cut up and made gone. Hope he gets gang banged. If that had been done to a club member he'd be gone. F-ing Justice System Full of Sh-t. I know im ranting but this is so wrong and sad.

Damn, Carlo. It's a travesty of justice, but you've got a little rage going on too!
This guy should spend the rest of his life in an institution. Period.
