I was going to comment about not being able to find a bike at MSRP in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, but this website says it all. "NO known MSRP dealers in Oklahoma." Actually, Foreman's HD in Stillwater is known for selling at MSRP.
I spoke to a salesperson at HD WORLD in Edmond a couple years back and asked her about why their prices are so much higher than Foreman's...Her response was "we're a bigger dealership than they are, so our alotment of bikes is way more than them. They run out of bikes sooner in the year than we do, so once they're out, people come to us and HAVE to pay our prices."

ANY dealer in So-CA will take your *** to the cleaners. just FYI, my wife is starting to ride, and I wanted to stick her on a ninja 250 to learn. I bought her a 07 for 2500, w/1700 on the clock. Her friends husband took her to a dealer and they paid over 6k out the door for a250 that is MSRP'D at under 4. I spoke with a jap dealer in North county and they said "nothing less than 6 out the door on those".
Now San Diego HD, wanted to give me 22k out the door for the new bones. I ended up getting it for a couple hundred over MSRP after it was all done.
In CA they can get it. It just depends on how hard you wanna work them.
FYI, The wife wants to go rent a 1200sporty to see if she likes it.
