Here's a couple of ideas that might be in your looking area.
Both dealers in West Virginia, Triple S in Morgantown and West Virginia Harley in Charleston are MSRP dealers as is S&P in Marietta, OH. All three come highly recommended. I bought my last bike from WV Harley in Charleston and the total experience was much better than I expected. Great group of folks.

a local dealer here will charge msrp + tax / title. but the other ones will charge msrp, tax, title, freight, doc fees and silly stuff like that. needless to say i use the cheaper dealer.
when they have a bike on the floor that isn't selling, u can pick it up for msrp out the door. so, i guess that is something like selling it for about a grand under msrp.

i agree 100%. i personally dont want a maintenance package, dont care about free parts and accessories just to pay about $1,000 or more over msrp.
its not like it was in i think the late 90's early 2000's. i think the buyer can deal now. on a popular bike im willing to pay msrp plus tax if i have to and my dealer gives 15% off on parts & accessories for two years. im to the point i want to do my maintenance myself with a discount on parts for a couple of years.

HD of South Charleston, WV is always at MSRP plus the 1000 mile maintanence is free and you get an assortment of coupons and bonuses. I even talked them into a $100 gift certificate.

Chicago and Milwaukee area dealers stopped price gouging +3 years ago. In fact, some dealers are pricing V-Rods and Sportsters below MSRP.
