I have one of their 3/4 helmets and like it. It appears to have a better shape than other 3/4 helmets I looked at - not so "rounded" but more contoured to a head shape. Would buy their products again.

I've also got the Vega XTS vented half helmet. It's comfortable, fits like a glove and looks as decent as any half helmet I've seen.

I've also got the one with the vents, and think its great, although I cant feel any appreciable air comming in through those vents. All in all a good DOT, decent looking helmet.

+1 on what everyone else with the Vega half helmet has been saying. Only problem I had with it is at highway speeds I notice my neck would get pretty strained from the wind. I removed the visor from the helmet and no more problem.

Plus I could'nt beat the price since it was free.

I have the 1/2 flat black with vents... Very comfortable and only like $50 at a local leather shop.

I also have a XTS with the vents and I like it a lot. For real good prices check out http://www.ironpony.com/ . They have a closeout section and some sizes of this helmet are as low as $19.99. I called them and they even had a better deal of 2 for $30.00 so it might not hurt to check it the special is still on.

Default Vents are not Effective

I use a modular Vega helmet and I like it a lot. I bought it because I was looking for a helmet to use on hot days, here in PA we some 90 degrees and higher temperatures in the summer (not many lately). But I was disappointed in this helmet in that regard. It is known as one of the better ventilated helmets but even so I could not feel much air circulation even at 60miles/hour. I do like the helmet for other reasons, and I am going to keep it, even tho the ventilation is less than I wanted.
