...get my old username back!!

i've been trying for 2 weeks now. the old password doesn't work, and i'm not getting the email notifications (and yes...it's going to a @yahoo.com email...it always has, and yes, i've cleared my cookies).

i've sent multiple requests from the "contact us" section and i've only recieved one email about changing the password and that link didn't work!!!

my user name WAS waterman7474 (and i'm still listed in the member list), someone please email me on that "username"@yahoo.com directly, not through the site so that i can get this fixed please.

 

Check your spam folder.... I have had some forums where their emails go into the spam folder.

that function seems to be broken and has been reported here several times but no fix seems to be in place yet. I had the same problem and just gave up and created a new userid.

 

On the New Forum site BOTH the Username and Password are case sensitive and that is the most common cause of the Login problems. If that doesn't work send a PM to Terry1955.

 

i didn't have any capitals in either so that's probably not the issue either.

I had the same issue. I finally created a new username, under a new email addy. Very frustrating.

 

The question, though, isn't so much about case sensitive, it's the fact that the system is not sending the e-mail through with password information. I think I've sent that on to Terry, but will resend.
