I have a friend that does that, texts too. I chastise his *** everytime I see it, and back waay off until he is finished.

 

Well I use my cell with Blue Tooth no big deal. Just pay attention.

Yeah I saw a jerk just like that a few days ago. It pizzez me off to see cagers on cell phones and it really bugged me to see a so-called biker doing it. Damn, can't people go a little while without talking to someone else. Yesterday I saw a young girl drive through an intersection, taking off from a red light, with a cell phone in her left hand up to her ear and a big slurpy, or something like that, in her right hand while sucking on a straw. Jezuz I'm getting too old. I just want to pound on dip****z like them. Rant over.

You'd be surprised at how many riders with helmets have Bluethooth with phone capability. They're just not as noticeable as riders without lids.

 

I've been known to carry my cell while riding, but it starts ringing, I get off the road and answer it. Screw that trying to ride and chat.... I'm out to ride, not talk on a damn cell phone!
