Take off on a day like today (sunny 72, cool this AM) and just ride. Did 300 miles today with no destination and still got home before the wife gets off work. She will never know. Well the smile and wind burned face might give me up!!!! Ahhhhh retired and 52. Life is good.

Retirement is good, ride all day and all night, if I so wish..

 

It's rough but somebody has to do it. Oh and I do have a job. I am the retired military, cat sitting house husband. Long story. Do the house work etc but with just the two of us that is pretty easy. Lot's of time for riding.

 

Hey 100th RK, congrats on retirement. I turned 50 in July, went to work on a 6am to 2pm shift, around 10am I told them I'm going to lunch and by the way I'm retired as of today. Bought me a brand new RK standard and never looked back. Retirement is very cool indeed. My wife still works too. Thirty years of air traffic control was enough. Great job, but glad to leave it in my wake.

 

today..i piddled...fiddled with my bike...started makin a tall & skinny table for my office...i'm usin copper, brass, 3 kinds of wood...all yall gonna be envious ...and i ate BBQ at the tit pit
