I hope to hell they due more than slap his wrist. The brave little man, kicking a man on the ground dieing and only because his Friggin' mother had just shot him.

 

I was thought as a kid not to kick a man when he was down, unless he trying to get back up, I doubt this guy was trying to get up.

 

I think you guys are heading in the right direction, slap the chit out of him whike he is young and maybe change his worthless life

With the judges nowadays, this punk will probably get off. Not only should he be doing hard time, his mother should as well for bringing up this scum the way she did. What's wrong with the youth today? I'll tell you. Bad parenting, single parent homes, children having children. The cycle keeps repeating.
