AW MAN! don't tell me that! I headed up to Broomfield the middle of next month to see the grandkids - and had planned to take the bike to give my oldest grandson his first ride.

No show on the snow, here. But we have been in the 40's at nite a couple of times. What was that comment 'bout chaps?
When Momma and I took the rider's course, last weekend in April, 38* and snow squalls so bad, they had to stop the class occassionally, because they couldn't see the riders on the course.
Yessir, it's coming. I'm thinking 8 weeks or there abouts, here. BUT we have had GOOD riding all the way into Dec, B4. And then, we have been DONE by the 1st of Oct, more than once.
Ride ON, Garth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here in Ga, we are about a month away from when the riding gets good (cooler). We have four seasons here: almost summer, summer, still summer and Christmas.

Are you up above 10,000......I'm in Colorado......live at 9,750...been here since 1971 and I never put my bike up (even before becoming disabled and moving to a trike) As long as the roads dry off, which is often and theres lots of days above freezing. I,ve always been able to do a little ridin in the winter.
Although I do admit to finally buying an electric jacket and gloves...makes it real nice..
