Default Any mechanics want to complain about customers

Just wanted to know if there were any Harley techs dealer or independent that wanted to complain about customers? I would like to hear some horror stories from the people who have to deal with customers. This should be fun.

I'm not a mechanic but I have read in the threads what they dont like.
Guardian bells chiming while they are looking for the loose part.
Bringing in your own parts for them to install-like bringing your own steak to a restaurant someone said. LOL!

I've never been a motorcycle mechanic but I used to work service and parts at car dealers (Chrysler and Lincoln/Mercury). Trust me, you do not want to get me started on some of the "customers" we had to deal with.

Customers bring you money. Best not to complain until it goes far enough that it cost you.

I just want a fair job for a fair price.

Not a tech, but while hanging out at the parts counter heard a customer asking questions about his oil change. He did successfully drain the oil, but he poured the fresh oil into the transmission, leaving the engine oil supply dry.

His question was "how come after draining my oil it takes so little to fill it up?" He almost rode the bike into the dealership to ask this question!!!
