Anyone a fan of "Build or Bust"?

RE: Anyone a fan of "Build or Bust"?
Like the show a lot as OCC is getting tedious, however even though Russell is a Brit the bikes are not to my taste and the thing that turns me completly off with some bikes is the wrapped exhausts and white wall tyres.
I think it will be some years yet before that look becomes acceptable to european tastes following on from a recent episode of Pimp my Ride where a guys Softail Heritage was taken to the West Coast USA and given the Russell attention. The guy freaked out when he saw it and demanded that they put it back to how it was in the first place as it knocked approx $10,000 of the bikes worth, However he should have seen what was comming if he let them take the bike for the show !

I like the show a lot. I can't believe that some of the people on it will say they know how to MIG and TIG weld when applying and then get on the show and can't.

I like the show, the drama, the idiots, all of it.
I hate when the builder gives up before the end. So what if you can't finish in time, at least finish your time there.
I'm still mad (why do I get mad at TV? I have no clue) about the one with the sproket that got taken. They cost him several hours, and he should have gotten them back, not forced to freak out.

if I had the time to do the show, I'd like to give it a crack; but every one I've seen, they force the guy to use spoked wheels and assemble the damn things himself. For one thing, I don't care for spokes; I'd much rather have some billet/mag wheels. For another point, spoked wheels take too much time to assemble without scratching the rim surface. You should have a choice.
What I really like about the show is that they spend more time focusing on the build than on the drama like OCC.
