My helmet story 1981 trip to the Black Hills Motor Classic:
A stop in&nbsp\\; a bar in Sioux Falls on the way there. Helmets gone. On to Chamberlin, SD for a nights stop in just the tent. In the morning, my sleeping bag left on bike now also gone. On to Sturgis, spent 1 nite without a bag, froze my *** off. Went to surplus store and bought 2 Army surplus wool blankets. Spent the next few days looking for my spiderman helmet &amp\\; sleeping bag there. Sh*&amp\\;heads everywhere, be careful of stuff you leave on a bike...

 

Happened to me years ago. Lock mine to the bike now!

 

Couple months ago, someone stole my bike cover but not my helmet...go figure.

 

That is the lowest of lows! You can always trade up to an Ultra and put your helmet in the tour-pak!

 

I take mine in&nbsp\\;with me when I stop somewhere.So many punks nowadays!

30 years..no probs,&nbsp\\;ALWAYS leave helmet/gloves/glasses on bike............

HD Helmet Lock for $20. I always use it. Sorry this happened to you. I hate a thief.

 

I leave mine on the bike all the time.&nbsp\\; Guess I better change that little habit.&nbsp\\; Sorry you lost yours, though.
