Yes, I'm curious how it's done. If there's special equipment involved. It doesn't look like Herculiner....looks baked on?

I ended up using my die grinder to clean it up and painted it flat black.

I thought it would be some sort of powercoat.

I don't have a whole lot to throw into this bike. I'm going to get it rideable, dependable, then probably sell it to finance my '67 rebuild.
