I try just a louder horn but some people can't hear you with the cell phone to there ear. So at the swap meet I found the pipe I liked. It was a 100 mile trip home with the pipes. Pipe have keep car from talking on the phone around me. And I still have that air horn.

I'm not crazy about the sound of straight pipes on the newer bikes, but on a shovel&nbsp\\; nothing beats it,&nbsp\\; there're just bada$$

Okay, easy everybody,

true,

I love to ride, 4000 miles this summer alone,
I started a t shirt company with a shirt that explains my passion,
Big Sled sniffed it out. (nice work BS)
I did not read the fine print about posting/advertising crap. rule #6-7
And I am tired of apologizing for the things that I believe in.

How bout you?

forgive me for posting an add on the this forum or using a thread to do it. Won't happen again.

I love it when I pull up beside a cager on a cell phone and they have to roll up their window to hear.
Gives me a good chuckle!

Haha no $h!t, had this one chic lookin like I farted in her face as she rolled up the window on the cell phone..
Go ahead and hate us for loud pipes as much as I hate cagers paying more attention to their phone than the road.

Same here. Another benefit of loud pipes is they scare bambis OFF the road. I noticed this on Monday while on my way home from Lake George. I was rolling through the Adirondacks at dusk, and came across at least half dozen deer in the road. Each time, as I approached, they perked their heads up and bolted off into the woods.

Cheers!

And yet another benefit to loud pipes is they give some an opportunity to come on here an whine when they get tickets for them. Kind of keeps the post count up....
