yah right, would look real good if he had 20,000 in overtime pay to fight loud pipe tickets. I would think it would cost the town over 200 bucks to send that clown to court each time to collect on a 90 dollar ticket. Waste of time and resources if i am the chief or mayor down there. \\; \\;

Have you given any tickets to loud trucks? Hundreds, no thousands of trucks with decibel levels over the limit for bikes? Blaring rap music full of 4 letter expletives that my kids can't help hearing? Trunk amplifier base systems you can hear two blocks away?

Or is it just so easy to discriminate against bikers with 3rd party pipes. I saw a brand new 08 Deluxe in the Harley dealership that they had put straight Vance \\;&\\; Hines pipes on. \\; So, this came from the factory - how can you tell that in the field?

This whole discrimination thing just makes me want to puke. You better believe I will fight it if you don't take a decibel reading with a verifiable calibration sticker on the meter. And yes, I will check that or testify I was not allowed to.
