This thread just cracks me up. Pussification, lawyers, speaking&nbsp\\;spanish. Bottom line it is now the law mainly because of dick heads with spastic throttle hands and no manners. Screaming their rights to make as much noise as possible. Well the &nbsp\\;joke is now on all of us because of these idiots. we now get tickets and and have to get new equipment. Again I mention why don't you take this crap back to Vance Hines and get your money back for selling you some thing they know now is illegal.

 

Can you imagine what would happen if all LEOs started enforcing the noise/original equipment/epa laws.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;Lot of expensive metal would be hanging on garage walls.

If a local police force wants to enforce federal law, can we force them to hear the case in federal court?
This would add considerable expense to the prosecution costs and scheduling problems for the police force.

 

Local police forces tend to pi$$ and moan about enforcing federal immigration laws becuase they must must cover the costs involved locally. Can we hold their feet to the fire and make them enforce all federal laws rather than picking and choosing only the ones they want to enforce.
