RE: Whats the verdict......
Tell him to stay away unless the local dealer is a Harley-Buell dealer. Some "cruiser" rider may want to ride his Buell.

Hell, I thought Buell's were Harleys.

The poker run I do is always well mixed.. HD, to Busa, and everything in between. \\; Nobody ever looks funny at anyone.
Seems to me most people enjoy the mix and appreciate what others are riding.

Most of the poker runs fliers \\;have all bikes welcome. I have a \\;friend that rode a rocket and now has a metric cruiser. Has never had any problems at ovet 10 different runs.

A true rider could care less what you ride. We ride with a group of twenty at times and there are probably 5-6 other brands. Who cares. We are all splittin the same wind. Relax, ride, enjoy. Only the newbie with a whole 2500 miles under his azz will care.

I've got a friend that ride to Sturgis with us. \\; He claims that if he goes to Sturgis he'll come home with a tatoo. \\; What's wrong with that, you might ask? \\; "But I don't want a tatoo," he'll reply.
Anyway, I told him I'd pay for his whole trip up there anb back (about $600) if we get there and don't see at least 100 metric bikes the first day. \\;

We have Harley riders who talk crap about other Harley's! Your not going to please everyone so who cares, ride what you want when you want.
