Obviously the serial number was still original for HD to trace it. Was the Department of Motor Vehicles asleep for 34 years as they retitled it to several owners? These are the people who register our voters and keep a sharp eye out for terrorists.

Now if only my bothers 900 sportster could be found from around that time. His was stolen here in Dayton, Ohio by the Dayton OutLaws when they lived on Vance Road in Morine City. Only thing was found was the licence plate.

Has anyone ever known of any states DMV to be competent to do anything?
I usually have to go through 2 or 3 supervisors and then have them get out their manual and show them how to do what needs to be done.
