Default 95" Big bore kit???

I am looking at a bike (2006 road glide) with&nbsp\\;a 95" big bore kit in it with screaming eagle heads. I am curious on the reliability of this over a stock motor? Also, how is the heat ove a stock 88? I currently have a 88 in my heritage and want to know what I am getting into. Thanks.

I'd guess it's every bit as reliable as a stock motor assuming it was installed properly.&nbsp\\; No heat issues with mine and I do believe they improve the gas mileage a bit over stock.&nbsp\\; I'm getting low 40s per gal.&nbsp\\; Mine's a stage II with the 203 cam&nbsp\\;

I am extremely pleased with my 95" kit with Andrews 37G cams. I have a HD oil cooler, and on the hottest day of the year, my oil only gets to 210deg. F.

I haven't seen a big difference with my stage 2w/cams as far as heat issues, maybe a little better&nbsp\\;mileage increase.

Me neither...no extra heat, great acceleration especially in the passing lane. You will not regret it...not once, not ever.

The addition of a PCIII tuner made my Stage III engine run much cooler than&nbsp\\; as a Stage II using the HD download map.&nbsp\\;

Got 35000 miles on my 95 with 203 cams, 25 degree injectors, and PC III.

The reliability is directly tied to who built it and how it was maintained.

Not to step on any toes about the 95" stage II. Got a friend that has a oil separation&nbsp\\; problem when the bike is pushed above 70mph for any length of time. A little oil puke out of the vents . She needs to go to a different flapper design to alleviate this problem. I would not push an 88 " above 95" with out addressing some bearing issues. With all that said the 95" stage II kit is a bargain for quick little hp/ torque boost. JMO.

Not only are you getting a better motor your getting a better bike. You'll be moving UP to the touring class (flh) May take a day or two to get used to it ,but my .02 it's a better bike. You get the A motor over the B too. Ride it first then make the deal that makes you happy, good luck.&nbsp\\; Steve
