Default buying an 08?

Im new to the forums so Hi everybody. I am looking at buying a bike and have heard the 09's are coming out in july. I was lookin at an 08 night train at the dealer and if i remember right the price was $16,600. Its a bit above msrp but not crazy. But my question is now that the 09s are out what should i expect to pay for an 08?

MY local dealer is looking to deal.&nbsp\\; Not many bikes left, but the ones they have are all below&nbsp\\;msrp otd and 2500 instore credit for parts, accessories or clothing
&nbsp\\;
I would not pay more than msrp right now, any time of year for that matter.

all prices are on the HD website. Expect to haggle your way to $1500-$2,000 off MSRP.

Two dealers near me have really cut the prices, so I would check out other dealers.

I just paid $15,000 cash out the door for my 08 Fatbob. I did drive 345miles to Stone Mountain GA. the dealer in p'cola wouldn't even talk to me, I waited about 20 minutes with no other customers in the store, everybody acted too busy doing nothing.

Greetings,
&nbsp\\;
If you can wait a couple of days, there'll be big savings on the 08 models.

&nbsp\\;always check out a couple of dealers.and if you have one that would write you up a deal.you can take that with you and the others sometimes will match it . or give you a little better deal.

Thats the key.....you need to shop your best price around and see who will beat it and by how much. You can haggle as sorts of stuff, from accessories to scheduled maintenance to motorclothes, and more....just play hard ball with them, and before the end of the month you will get a outstanding deal!
