I have rubber soles put on mine - it costs about $25. \\; I have a few pairs that I have done this way.

Cool. \\;\\\\\\; Thanks for all the info. guys. \\;\\\\\\; I just bought of pair of the HD western boots mostly because they have a zipper down the side and \\;rubber soles. If the soles need it though, I'll have some rubber added.

GG, I've been wearing HD Pecos boots for over a year. A little stiff in the beginning but they are nice now. I did put in a better insole. The bottoms are rubber &\\; do not slip.

Ariat makes some motorcycle boots and they are pretty comfortable, and I really like Double H, the most comfortable boots I have ever worn.
