My dealer sold 10 bike the weekend I bought my XL1200. Didn't buy it to save gas or anything, but it doesn't hurt.

Since I live less than 5 mile from work, can only ride about 7 months a year and have a fairly fuel efficient car, the return on investment based on gas only on my bike is 192 years. I had not planned on working quite that long. Guess I will just have to enjoy it and not worry about gas prices.
