I use to stay on the back brake hence the left foot goes down first, now as I come ta a slow speed both feet goes down using the front brake to come into a complete stop.

 

Left foot then right foot and leave it in gear. Will&nbsp\\;occasionally shift to neutral if I just hit a red light and the car behind me has already stopped. Always make sure to be back in first well before my light turns green.
