Default Autolite Iridium Spark Plugs a waste of $

I installed a set of the new Autolite Iridiums and my RK Custom started harder and vibrated more.&nbsp\\; Don't waste your money.&nbsp\\; Yes, they were gapped correctly per the manual.

I don't believe you have to "gap" the new Iridium plugs.

They work wonderfully in my 98 Road King.&nbsp\\; I didn't mess with the gap.

Unless you got a built engine that requires a hotter/cooler plug with certain firing characteristics, then my advice would be to stick with OEM plugs. On the car side of things Ive seen so many problems with cars using aftermarket non OEM plugs even when properly gapped.&nbsp\\;

Not supposed to gap Iridium plugs.
&nbsp\\;
I've had mine for years with no problems.

I've used Autolight 4164 on my Sporty for years.........they work as good&nbsp\\; as any other plug and they're a dollar something at any auto parts store.No such thing as magic plugs.For normal street riding plain old Autolite or Champs are as good as any

The regular Autolite plugs seem to work just fine for me.
