if i didnt live in PA, i would order everything (which isnt much!) from Zanottis... since theyre located in PA, im subject to sales tax. so, when ordering higher priced items, the discount is 7% less since im paying tax on it. however, i did order quite a few things from them before christmas. one of the items that was shipped was wrong- because i entered the wrong part number when i ordered (saddle bag guard bags). one phone call to the internet dept had the correct bag sent right out to me BEFORE i returned the wrong one and no restocking or any other BS fee
