Side Car info?

Side Car info?
Does anyone have info on Side Cars for a Road glide or similar Touring model?
I live close to www.texassidecars.com and I found a used velorex 562e that has never been ridin. I am not looking for the cadilac of sidecars. Just something to slip on when my son wants to ride with a little more comfort. (He is 6). Any info, personal experience, or aesthetic nature of the side cars, fill me in.
Thanks! [sm=outcold.gif]

HD has a side car. I have read that driving a bike with a sidecar is a whole different world. Pretty dangerous with a training session or two. It has to be aligned properly and all that.

I know they cost more but the look of the Harley sidecar just fits the whole lines of the bike so much better. I had a 90 Ultra with a sidecar and loved it. I wouldn't say it is dangerous at all. You just have to take some time to get used to not leaning into curves anymore. Right turns are the strangest because the sidecar will come up if you're not careful. I got really good at riding with the sidecar up in the air. Man, that was fun.
