I also wave if I can. If not I'll nod. Sometimes I'm a little slow and miss it.

 

I always wave and get one back 95% of the time.

Same here. Just seems to be the right thing to do.

 

I give all bikes the courtesy of a wave. Got to give some of the other riders a break though if they don't reply. Crotch Rocket guys are usually busy hangin on. That can take 2 hands.LOL! Riders in heavy traffic are usually too busy trying to cover their a** and not get run over. Metric riders, well some of them just don't get it at all.

I always wave. I look forward to it and I think it's the right thing to do. I counted about 20 bikes this morning headed south probably to Daytona. I waived to all of them. The Harley drivers enthusiasticaly returned the waive except for one bagger dude and then there was a GW Trike and Beemer that didn't waive. I know I have been distracted by traffic before and by the time I realized the other bike was there it was too late. I always feel bad about that.[] I think that the temp has something to do with it. Most riders don't move very much when they are cold.[&:]

I wave to everybody as long as I'm not busy talking on the cell-phone, fixing my hair, or shaving (Actually, as long as I'm not shifting or leaning into a curve).

The wave is the right thing to do. Harley or Ricer....it's about the acknowledgment of the desire to ride.
