I have mounted the opener on the flat area just behind the windshield on my Ultra. I used velcro and works great. Pull it off to wash the bike.

I've got the one where I stop the bike, get off, go open up the garage door, and put the bike away.&nbsp\\; Maybe not as fancy schmancy as the rest of you, but the battery's never quit on me (knock on wood.)

I just use the regular door opener that clips to a cage sun-visor. I just hang it on the clutch cable when it's not in the Road Glide's 'glove box'.

I have a regular one, it has a "clip" on it which I clipped onto the outside of my windshield bag. I put a piece of velcro on the bag and the opener just for a bit of added security.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; It works great for me.

&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;I got a 12 volt powered remote.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I took the battery out,&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;soldered in a jumper wire on the remotes switch terminals and soldered wires to the battery tabs in the remote, one to ground and one tapped into the high beam switch wire.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;This way you use the bikes battery to operate the remote, and you'll never have to&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;replace the remotes battery again.
That's what I did. Works great.

I get off the bike walk to the door and punch in our code number. LOL Might have to look into one those Flash to Pass things.

I just use the wife.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;She keeps the remote in her pocket, and I don't even have to flip my hi-beam switch.&nbsp\\; Works great, but going this route is&nbsp\\;FAR more expensive than anything anyone has mentioned so far. [sm=sigh.gif]
