Default lowering a bagger?

does anyone have any input on lowering an electraglide ?&nbsp\\;I saw a bunch rear shock relocater kits on ebay claiming to lower up to 3 inches for like 60 bucks anyone ever use these kind of kits ?are there any downfalls so lowering ?

There are a bunch of different lowering kits out there. Just remember, if you use one these lowering blocks, you have eliminated that much from your tire/fender clearance. If you stay with standard shocks, you will hit the tire if you&nbsp\\; are loaded heavy and don't blow them up good. Been there and done that.

I used a cheapie block to lower my Ultra and burned the paint on my rear fender it only hit a little bit sometimes, ride was awful

I used one of those kits. I have it set one spot shy of fully lowered. Increased the air pressure in the shocks, no problem, although I haven't ridden 2 up yet.

When it comes to lowering a Tourer I'd stick to the HD parts.....we've never had a problem at the shop and lowering the front and rear makes a big difference. It will run you about $400 total to do both, but you'll keep the comfort that you're used to.......imho
