I had the same problem with no storage space and got the single bike Kendon. Stands up and stores efficiently in small footprint. Tows like a dream. Been cross country (2700 mile trip) 3 times with it.

What did you tow it behind? Would it be too small to tow behind a Suburban?

I towed with a Buick LaSabre. There is no problem as long as the bike is on the trailer and visible through the rear window. However, with an empty trailer, not being able to see the trailer is a real problem when backing up. With the short distance from the hitch to the wheels it turns very quickly and without correcting in time you can turn too tight!!! There would probably be less visibility with a suburban.

My buddy has a dual Kendon and it works great for towing his Dyna and wifes Duece. He trailers everywhere and swears by the trailer. I have seen others park their enclosed trailers in the garage and use it for bike storage. Helps with the too mnay toys issue!

I worry about single axle trailers and tire blow outs. Do they come double axle?

I have a Horton Hauler 7x14 dual axle with electric brakes. Holds two vikes nicely, staggered so you have plenty of room, Makes a great shed too!

Kendon trailers are really good trailers. Neighbor has one and uses it with no trouble all the time. I have a Haulmark enclosed trailer. The big plus with enclosed is bikes don't get trashed from road debris and weather. The big minus to enclosed you have no idea what is going on inside the trailer. Falling over etc. I do many multi day long rides like Lousiana to Strugis or Daytona but I also trailer bike when taking a 2-3 week vacation to visit family etc. Nice to have bike along to ride as time permits. One thing that does work well for me. Enclosed trailer is a great storage space when not being used.

I was looking at these folding trailers too, just something seemed wrong about a trailer that folded. last year I got the chance to follow one being pulled behind a SUV from Jacksonville Flordia to Daytona....... since it was the Kendon I was interested in I laid in behind the guy and watched it all the way.

It was hauling a Road King and a Softatil. ..I tell you that trailer pulled perfect...it didnt road walk or wobble. I really wouldnt think twice about the way it pulled.....Not sure about the durability or anything that but it sure seemed to pull good.

I actually found a small enclosed trailer 5'x10' at a good deal so I ended up with that.
