In now way was the shooting justified unless she thought her life was in danger, which would only be if he had a gun also.&nbsp\\; How about rolling up your window or just driving away?&nbsp\\; That's why being a cop is so dangerous when they pull over someone, so many crazies out there.&nbsp\\; I personally would never get off my bike or out of my cage to confront someone.

He didn't have to have a gun for her to prove she was in fear for her life but if sure makes it easier.&nbsp\\; I'll be interested to see how this one ends.&nbsp\\;

 

She'll go to prison.&nbsp\\; She easily could have put the vehicle in reverse and left the scene for one instance.&nbsp\\; There's no justification&nbsp\\;for her shooting an unarmed person.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; The defense attorney will say us bikers are so scarry she feared for her life.

 

I'd be interested in hearing about any follow-up stories. This article is too sketchy to make any reasonable determination as to what actually transpired.

 

Him just talking is not a life threatening action in itself. I think the lady may have over reacted and shooting him could be a crime. If she did wrong she should be punished .

 

I agree. Hard to imagine how she could reasonably be in fear for her life, but I was not there.........love to hear how it plays
