I cannot believe some of the stuff I am reading here. \\;\\\\\\; There are only a few things I can say.

1. \\;\\\\\\; This is the USA and we still have the Constitution and Bill of Rights. \\;\\\\\\; This lady is 100% innocent untill PROVEN GUILTY by a jury of her peers.

2. \\;\\\\\\;IF (and \\;\\\\\\;I stress IF because no one here knows what happened) \\;\\\\\\;this "man" attacked this woman - he deserves to be shot. \\;\\\\\\; Period. \\;\\\\\\;
 \\;\\\\\\;
3. Gun control has nothing to due with guns or crime. \\;\\\\\\; Its all about control. \\;\\\\\\; \\;\\\\\\; Murder as been around, and illegal,throughout the History of mankind. \\;\\\\\\; Thousands of years before the first gun was invented.
 \\;\\\\\\;
4. \\;\\\\\\; This is exactly why, God forbid, if I am ever on trial,  \\;\\\\\\;I will waive my right to a jury and let a panel of 3 judges decide my fate USING THE FACTS. \\;\\\\\\; I've been on juries for felonies. \\;\\\\\\; \\;\\\\\\; It only confirms my belief that 95% of people are freakin idiots.

I imagine the madam may have over responded and charging him could be an offence. If she did incorrect she should be penalized.

Pretrial starts Sept 2nd, Jury trial starts Nov. 10th at 9:30 am. The kids trials started Aug 20th.

So you guys mad at her & want her hung high , do you feel this way because it was a biker she shot? would you feel different had it been some jerk in a KIA? Don't let predudice cloud your judgment , she was the one being approached , at least here in FL that alone would be enough to justify you felt threatened , and NO you have no requirement to run from the threat , at least in FL.
