The Grand Jury should come out with it's decision either today or Monday.

 

I watched that video from the gas station and it sure looked pretty clear to me that both she and the son were kicking the guy on the ground. I hope that justice is served. I think she could've locked the doors drove somewhere safe, or used that stupid cellphone to call for help. She was right next to a business with lots of people around. The guy on the bike could have just as easily pulled off somewhere. I don't think she had the right to shoot him.

 

I cannot believe some of the stuff I am reading here.&nbsp\\; There are only a few things I can say.

1.&nbsp\\; This is the USA and we still have the Constitution and Bill of Rights.&nbsp\\; This lady is 100% innocent untill PROVEN GUILTY by a jury of her peers.

2.&nbsp\\;IF (and&nbsp\\;I stress IF because no one here knows what happened)&nbsp\\;this "man" attacked this woman - he deserves to be shot.&nbsp\\; Period.&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
3. Gun control has nothing to due with guns or crime.&nbsp\\; Its all about control.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; Murder as been around, and illegal,throughout the History of mankind.&nbsp\\; Thousands of years before the first gun was invented.

4.&nbsp\\; This is exactly why, God forbid, if I am ever on trial, &nbsp\\;I will waive my right to a jury and let a panel of 3 judges decide my fate USING THE FACTS.&nbsp\\; I've been on juries for felonies.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; It only confirms my belief that 95% of people are freakin idiots.
