Has anyone tried the Harley Davidson Hydration Jacket?

I currently have a First Gear Mesh jacket, which helps some in the summer, but on those really hot days it would be nice to
be able to stay a little cooler.

Just wondering if anyone has tried this out and their opinion?

I take more frequent breaks and stay hydrated with water or electrolyte.&nbsp\\;If I get to a gas stop and don't need to pee, then I need more water.

Wear mesh here too. Take alot of breaks and hammer powerade or something like that. It works great!

 

I haven't tried that one.&nbsp\\; I have the First Gear Mesh in blue and white, so it isn't quite so hot, and I love it.

 

I wear mesh and am thinking about a similat one I found at Industial Safety Supply&nbsp\\; $35 and it never wears out.&nbsp\\; Stays wet for up to 3 days too!

 

I looked at it last week at the dealer. I thought it appeared very cheaply made. Did not seem to be durable at all. My $99 Tourmaster mesh jacket is much better.

 

I have one. It's fine as long as your moving. The black gets a little hot if you're just sitting there in the sun. &nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;
Mine doesn't seem cheaply made at all.

Bought one for the wife this weekend, she took the Rider's Edge class over the weekend in record setting heat. She wore the Hydration Vest under a mesh jacket and said that when they were moving it was nice and cool. The unexpected side effect WET T-SHIRT contest. I knew it would be a good investment.
