I am new to the motorcycle community and wanted to learn as much of the acronyms you guys have...is there something that shows what they are? I am trying to learn as much as I can..

 

Such as..................... Give an example are you talking like FLSTF or RUB or all of it?

Yes...as much as possible. I see a lot of F series acronyms and not sure what they mean. Thanks and hope I'm not too much of a pain in the a$$

Acronyms or Models?

Are you talking.... FUBAR, DILLIGAF, LAGNAF...

Or Harleys..

FXSTBI, FXRS, FLSTCI .... etc....

The Harley-Davidson acronyms are specific to each different bike they produce. The really only way to figure them all out is to go to Harley-Davidson.com and look at each different model and figure out each one. I, like many of us, know alot of them but not all (I'm sure some on this Forum does) but like myself, I know quite a few (such as fxds=Dyna Superglide, fxdw=Dyna Wideglide etc.).

Now the acronyms for Forums for bikers such as RUB=Rich Urban Bikers, etc., No there's not a list that I know of, but as you come across them just ask the members or Mods and they'll be GLAD to let you know.
