Zanotti's has great service. i purchased 600.00 worth of hd parts from them with 20% off, i saved 120.00 with no sales tax. shipping was only 25.00 which was about half the sales tax cost would of been local. i just bought a new ultra from a local dealer in kc and I gave them a chance to match the online price in which the declined. but they did offer me a frequent customer card which i could buy things at regular price and earn 10% off at a future date for being a loyal customer. STEALERS WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE ITS BURNING!!!

 

I too just ordered from Zanotti. Great experience, they answered all of my email questions quickly. I saved around $100.00 on my order. My local dealers are at least 30 miles from my house, with Zanotti parts are delivered to my door. If you haven't tried them you should. If the local dealers would offer the same price I would probably make that 30 mile drive to support them but when you are talking 20% or more in price difference plus tax and gas to drive there to me its a no brainer! Others may disagree, but to me that is extra money for the bike, why line the dealers pockets and you can't tell me that Zanotti is not making money even with 20% off.

Everthing you guys said about them from me too. I ordered a few things from them over the last few weeks and all of it wasn't in stock but their turn around time was very quick on getting the parts to me. Less than 10 days to my door.

Saved a ton of money.... I don't understand why all dealers don't just discount their stuff and avoid losing the business ???

Ditto on all of the above. There Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! They were very fast on e-mail, and I even added to my orignal Web order over the phone once, then again thru e-mail. I saved well over the 20% on some of the items I ordered from them. I can not say enough about them, and I will look to them again for other things too.

Does Zanotti's only cary HD parts? Or can you get Aftermarket stuff (like pipes) through them as a discount as well?

Yep my son and I have bought a few things from them and will continue. I ask CTHD before if they would sell if for there price and they said no so I don't have nothing to do with them anymore. Some of these dealers will take your last penny. But I see many a person going in there and paying there msrp +. I ain't no idiot. And when I bought the bike from them I had to throw a fit to get them to give me 20% off accessories they only did it once. See ya.

 

Here is my post from a couple of days ago comparing Zanotti's to Chicago HD. There is no comparison. I am getting ready to call Chicago HD again to find out where the hell my parts are. Zanotti's will get all my future orders.

As I stated in a previous post I sent 2 orders out on the same day, Feb. 16th to both Chicago Harley and Zanotti's to see which one I liked better. Zanotti's was actually cheaper on several things, not by much but still cheaper. In fact they gave 30% off on the service manual. I received my Zanotti order 2 days ago on the 27th and still nothing from Chicago HD. Zanotti's keeps you up to date with e-mails. I have only received an order confirmation e-mail from Chicago HD and nothing else. I have had to call them to find out whats going on with my order and cancelled 1 item off of my order which was back ordered from Harley so my order could be shipped sooner. I ended up buying that part locally since it was only $8 more. They are nice people to deal with over the phone at Chicago HD and give you the info on your order if you call, but I still haven't received my order or an e-mail that it has even been shipped. Since Zanotti's keeps you so well informed by e-mail I will probably be using Zanotti's in the future especially since their prices are as good or even better on some items than Chicago HD.

 

They sell Custom Chrome and Drag Specialties @ the 20% discount as well...great place!!

 

1potter1 thanks for starting this thread. Everyone else thank you also for the detailed input about Zanotti. Its just the info. I need to get me to order from them, but like you guys said its a no brainer. Why pay MSRP, tax, fuel, and your time to visit a local dealer with no discount.
