It's nice to hear all the good stuff about Zanotti's. I purchased my last bike from there, in fact Andy( the owner) is the one the who handled the sale for me and gave me the best deal of all the dealers in a 50 mile radius. To go along with their great internet sales dept they also have a very decent over the counter parts Dept and a very good service Dept. Wow hope someone from there reads this maybe I can get a bigger discount....

 

Zanottis is definitely a superb online dealer. It's sad I can't give my local dealer the money. But they want retail for everything.

I haven't dealt with Zanottis but I can surely see they are a good online dealer. I'll look them up and maybe give them a try.

I had my 2nd great experience with them. Ordered online late Wednesday night. Received a confirming email at 9:40 am the next day, saying everything in stock and would ship that day. Received another email at 2:45 pm with the tracking number. Outstanding!

 

I've spent my coin with zannotti's,

last month I bought
1) a king tour pak,w/side lights(color matched from HD birch white)
2) complete tour pak lock keyed to my key number
3) two-up tour pak rack ,detachable
4) extra spacers for the rack(to double up on u shaped tube ,for clearance of my police bags)

the whole set up with shipping included $686.72

My dealer's price $923.95

I'm pleased with zannotti's, was told it may take 8-10 weeks because of the "paint to match" from harley on the tour pak,was on my door step
20 days after I placed my order

I'll continue doing buisness with them! great service/fast replies to e-mails as well

I ordered my SE intake (stage 1), and bag locks from them, worked out good.

 

I also have had all good dealings getting parts at Zanotti's, John always emails me as to the status of the order. I will have to take a ride one state over next time I am in the market for a bike.
