No picked up my 06&nbsp\\;RG last november and had put 13,000 on my RK since june man if you have not ridden for that long find a big empty parking lot and ride circles figure 8s starting and stoping for a couple hours

 

When&nbsp\\;I picked up the Bob I almost dumped it in the parking lot when leaving..lol. Just going too slow and nervous as hell. By the time I got to my first stop light all the bigs were out

 

Bought a Road King last summer. First bike in 12 years. Only test rode it around the dealer's lot. I was nervous as a ***** in church pulling out into traffic.

 

A lot of dealers will deliver a bike at no charge just because of nervous riders. I know a guy that worked at a couple of Harley dealerships. He has plenty of stories of guys dumping their brand new bikes in the parking lot. There always seems to be an audience when someone is picking up a new bike.

 

I was nervous as a cat shittin razor blades.

 

I'm not picking mine up for about two more weeks, and I'm already a little nervous. Might be something to do with a three hour ride home on the British roads.

 

I wasn't nervous I just couldn't wait to get on it and go.

 

The night I picked mine up they had a big party for a charity ride going on the next day the place was packed, then they take your picture and have you ring a bell and everyone cheers for you then you get to ride out. talk about pressure
