State Police to check motorcycles ahead of Americade

Yup....so get off at Exit 17N and follow Rt. 9 all the way through Glens Falls up to Lake George. Besides, you'll get to pick out some places to eat that won't be so busy as they will be in Lake George!

The local economy makes about $10 Million for one week. The local popo/Staties just want to fill their coffers from the riders.

Unfortunately, since the wife and kids want to go this year and my wife doesn't drive I'm going tohave to go by car this year. However I'm going to spend all my time (in the daytime) on the Harley demos. My goal this year is to try every bike in the demo fleet.

 

That wouldn`t be so bad if they actually gave a chit about anyones SAFETY![:@]

 

agree with just a cash grab.
but singling out just bikes sounds ahh just a tad bit unconstitutional.

 

I always have to laugh at such news releases. It is, of course, to improve safety, but we're going to put out an advanced warning so the locals can avoid it. Sounds like a plan to make some money to me. Afterall, how many accidents have been caused by too loud exhaust.
